just tag them as nonas_99, like everyone else has done? there's already art by this artist on here.

nonas is the character's owner not the artist
Based on this, searching for the artist name attached in the tweet 开水盆 returned this twitter account

You could use dWy052EytRhdrm1 as the artist tag or leave the artist field empty for now if you are unsure on how to tag them.

Isn't the typical way to do it here by romanizing usernames? 开水盆 is roughly romanized into Kāishuǐ pén, or kaishui pen. Maybe that would work?

This could work. Thanks for the translation/romanization @moonlit-comet!

It's better to use this as the main artist tag since it can be directly traced back to their X account.

I know this was taken straight from Google Translate, so I'll just say that the spacing is unneeded/wrong here if you are using Chinese Phonetic Alphabet.
Just make it kaishuipen or kai_shui_pen. In contrast, naming it kaishui_pen (tr. boiled water, pot) or kai_shuipen (tr. open, water basin) could mean different things, at least in the Chinese context.
Alternatively, you could use pot_(artist) since that is what the artist put as their watermark on exactly one post.

thank you for the explanation :) Yeah I should have clarified that I wasn't properly converting it.
i would've go with nonas_(nonas_99) for the character and nonas_99 for the artist

The OP already said that nonas_99 is not the artist.
