The tag implication #70264 fluffy_foreskin -> foreskin is pending approval.

Reason: Found a few posts with 'fluffy_foreskin' tag that skipped over having the 'foreskin' tag when it could do with being implicated to the latter.

Well that sure is a concept I have never considered. Good lird.

Seems to be more a furred_penis/furry_penis rather than the foreskin being particularly fluffy. furry_penis+foreskin should work generally for the concept. Though even if it should be its own tag, I think furry_foreskin or furred_foreskin would be better than fluffy_foreskin. fluffy is generally for more voluminous levels of fur, rather than simply having fur.
