remove implication heart_gesture (1890) -> gesture (96241)
create implication heart_gesture (1890) -> hand_gesture (65126)

Reason: Since heart_gesture requires a heart made with the hands, it should imply hand_gesture and hand gesture already implies gesture.

I think the wiki should be reworded. I don't see why it shouldn't be applicable to a tail making the gesture, or some other body part.
