Topic: Both tags are a mess ("link" and "links")

I was going to make a plural-to-singular alias request, but both of those tags are a mess and need a cleanup.

Character name tag from The Legend of Zelda: link.
Copyright name tag: links.

I think it's high time link gets disambiguated (as suggested on topic #21132, but failed due to it being forgotten), since there are multiple characters named Link and this often gets confused with url.

As for links, it should probably be moved to a new tag with an appropriate suffix.
