Under the tags, click "Report" under the Options section, select any reason for the report (it doesn't actually matter), and in the Reason field explain the issue so a Mod can fix it.

you can report the post for "tagging abuse" and request the locked tag be removed and explain the situation. you don't need to worry about getting in trouble if it was a mistake.
