Reason: Same meaning. This abbreviation stands for "Rest In Peace".

There is almost no populated tag that are acronyms with dots. I understand rip would be ambiguous because it's also an english word, but it will be weird to have acronym tag with and without dots (e.g. bdsm, lgbt, ...)

I think we should make rest_in_peace the default tag and make a disambiguation page for rip
