The tag alias #79811 ballon -> balloon has been approved.
Reason: It's a commonly misspelled word for "balloon". "baloon" is already added as an alias, but it's the ballon that is most common one.

Ballon is the German spelling of it (and apparently also in Dutch and French according to google translate),
so that probably explains where that comes from, other than just being a typo.
