Topic: Tag implication: extremely_aroused -> aroused

The tag implication #69758 extremely_aroused -> aroused is pending approval.

Reason: trying to keep in line with other intensity/magnitude-based implications (eg, hyper_* implies huge_*, obese implies overweight)

Do we need this tag in the first place? There's no description explaining where the line between aroused and extremely_aroused is. I generally dislike tags that are vague and subjective like this. (In contrast, big/huge/hyper have very clearly-defined and objective breakpoints.)

Is extremely_aroused useful for anything that isn't already covered by aroused, in_heat, pent_up, and sexual_frustration? Also, at what point does simply "aroused" become "extremely_aroused"?
