I don't think I feel confident in giving this one a thumbs up. As any one of us yahoos can edit the artist wikis, I look offsite for a link between the names, and I don't see either one acknowledging the other. The closest I can get is this oblique reference in the comments of the SFW Makota Toh Twitter/X that appears to tie in with the comments on this NSFW Miauarf Twitter/X (here in fact. They look to be the same artist to me, but they likely want to keep the two names separate. Someone could ask them, I suppose. The tags could probably use a cleanup at the very least.
