In normal cases, posts will either get approved or deleted within a couple of days.
Those that get stuck in the queue for extended periods of time is usually due to them being in the "grey zone" of our Uploading Guidelines.
In your case, it is very likely that it borders between what is acceptable or not on our quality standards or because not a lot of janitors are willing to go through them due to their content type and you would have to wait until someone does.
You could poke a janitor to make a decision once the time it has spent pending reaches 25 days
We'll get to it when we get to it. As SNP says, if something like 25-27 days have passed, you can poke one of us Janitors to make a final decision about it.
