Posts normally get approved within a couple of days. If something gets stuck in the queue for extended periods of time, it is very likely that the post barely meets our Uploading Standards and the janitors who come across it cannot decide on whether or not to approve or reject it.
If I were to guess the potential problems for the posts mentioned, it would be:
- post #5873093 - Bowser appears to be too human/human-like due to them being indistinguishable from a regular human with a greenish-yellow skin, rendering the whole post as potentially "human only" and irrelevant for our site. See our Humans and e621 policy for more info.
- post #5891057 - Muffet appears to closely resemble a young human/human-like with just a few "very minor animal features". Explicit young human and human-like content is no longer allowed to be posted, see the Underage Human & Human-Like Characters clause or topic #45501 for more info.

I see... I didn't know human-like stuff was prohibited, I'll keep that in mind going forward. Well anyway I understand your reasoning, thank you for your insight. You can delete them early if you want.

Not all human-like stuff are prohibited. Only those that resemble young characters and those that do not feature any accompanying "furry" characters (i.e., "human only" artworks).
I do not have the ability to reject or delete posts and my comments are merely observations.
You will have to wait until a janitor makes a judgment or until it gets automatically deleted in 30 days.
