Decades ago, there was a stand-alone Windows compatible program that would give the option of monochrome silhouettes of various creatures biped and quadruped, to compare them to one another, with the user able to set their heights.

I have no idea where that went, though, and haven't had any luck finding it or something similar in web searches.

Help? :)

I always use this :)
It's not a program, but it's simple and does the job. You could try DesignDoll, or Blender if you're more tech-savvy, but for me I usually use the mrinitialman website.

I did see that in my searching, but it's limited to just human characters. The program I was thinking about had several species of anthros, quadrupeds, and I think a centauroid silhouette.

The mrinitialman website can be customized further if you know how to use inspect element - since the images are pngs, you can upload silhouettes to another website, go into inspect element, and replace the silhouettes with an image of your choosing via url.
I also find myself making my own height comparisons with a ruler template I made years ago. If I need to compare two characters, I just take an image of them standing still and scale them appropriately on the chart in my art program.
It's definitely a more hands-on solution but it works lol.
