From what I've seen, most, if not all images tagged with hot_dogging have the butt tag as well. Anyone have any thoughts?

You might want to show examples of this.

I don't honestly think there's an angle where the penis appears to be between the ass cheeks(i.e. hotdogging) but where there isn't sufficient ass shape to tag it with "butt".
