Just went on e621 now, and even when logged in, all the artworks are missing. I don't even have any in my favorites. Just what is going on here?

I have no issue seeing your 4810 favorites. Did you accidentally blacklist everything (e.g. -tag_that_doesn't_actually_exist is in your blacklist)? Did you try a different browser?

Try to check into a private tab or another browser, if it continues try to clean your blacklist
Copy-paste your blacklist and CSS, if you have any. Might be able to point out what went wrong.
