Ehhh... is it? If it's notched, it might have been specifically cut that way, or cut rather precisely. Comparatively, if something is torn, it implies ragged edges, uneven lines, a general sense of a natural tear, be it from a fight or from getting something caught on something sharp and it tearing jaggedly.
Not against the alias, just something for consideration.

Are you sure that there are enough people that care about these details so that they would search/blacklist, and tag them properly? Would anyone think, when tagging, whether it's cut or torn? Both tags are underused already, I don't think it's wise to leave them like that.
