So I think I discovered a pool from over a year ago, that's incomplete here on e6, but which has far more content available elsewhere. I'm curious if this just slipped through the cracks, or if it's intentionally incomplete here.

page 19 was the last one released by the artist on a publicly available webpage. everything available elsewhere was taken from the paid Patreon page.
If the rest of the comic was released publicly, it can be posted here. If the rest of the comic is only available on Patreon or similar sites that require payment / subscription, the rest cannot be posted here. E-hentai is a pirate site, so you would need to check to see if the artist made the rest of the comic available themselves on an official site before posting it.
It's good that you asked. Thanks. :) Looking at the posts we have, it's apparent that what we have are the ones uploaded to Twitter/X. Those only go up to #19. The rest are locked behind SinCrescent's Patreon paywall and thus their posting to e-hentai would count as pirated content. We don't want pirated content on e621.
