You can only search up to 40 tags on a single search, though that limit was from years ago and I don't know if it has been changed.
Also, I don't know what you mean by breaking the page on one end. If you mean an image that is so large that it goes beyond your screen, then only 15000x15000 px images are suppported.
So, by searching width:>=15000 height:>=15000 and randomly choosing one of those posts plus 40 of their tags, you can get your answer.

I think that "break the page" means that the search returns at least 76 posts, causing there to be more than one page with the default posts-per-page.
I believe the limit will be less than 40. I've already tried it before, using the greedy approach: start with the highest tagcount tag, then look at the tags at the bottom of the page and select one the highest one that isn't already in your list. I didn't get to 40 that way.*
The question is what counts as a tag to you? meta tags? If it includes meta tags you will probably have an easy time hitting 40.
* Just tried it out, got to 20 mammal anthro hi_res female breasts hair fur clothing clothed digital_media_(artwork) tail solo looking_at_viewer smile fingers biped digital_drawing_(artwork) clothed_anthro clothed_female 5_fingers
It's definitely not effective, since it only looks at the most frequent tags on that page itself. My hunch is to abuse the implications tag tree so you can add tags without reducing the search. If you don't want to do that, and think that's cheating/want tags without that implication overlap the best idea is to go in the opposite direction and pick tags that do not imply anything at all

Still 40 tags, & grouped tag queries can only be nested 10 levels deep.
You didn't hear it from me, but technically, I believe it can be 1600 (40 squared) if they're all wildcard searches. I have no idea when this could ever be remotely useful... But you can do it.
...Please don't though.

I wanted to blow things up.
