Reason: The way these tags are used makes them identical to each other, and humanoid_penis is used much more often.

Sorry for necroposting, but I just noticed something...
human_cock is aliased to penis.
human_penis is aliased to humanoid_penis.
For the sake of consistency, I think human_cock should be aliased to humanoid_penis instead.
