The tag alias #79607 permagrin -> permanent_smile has been approved.
Reason: According to the wiki page, having a permanent smile, no matter the situation. This is mainly seen on inflatables. So I think permagrin should be aliased to permament_smile.

I feel like there should be a better name for this in general. "permanent" dosn't really get the idea across that it's more for a smile printed onto the surface that is an animate_inanimate character's face, rather than, like, a character's mouth being contorted into a permanent forced smile Joker gas-style.
