The tag alias #79517 akiya_kamikawa -> akiya-kamikawa has been rejected.
Reason: Two names for the same artist. The former is little-used, however there is still 2 posts that use it, alongside the correct name.
I'm reasonably confident akiya-kamikawa is the correct name to be used here, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
EDIT: The tag alias akiya_kamikawa -> akiya-kamikawa (forum #466880) has been rejected by @abc-def.

Thank you for suggesting the consolidation of the names. I'm a fan of this artist, but I never noticed there were two different tags in use on e621.
It's a small difference, so maybe not too important, but "Akiya Kamikawa" without the hyphen is more correct. Here is the artist's Portaly, which maps his web presence. I don't see the hyphen being used:
