My post, featuring my character in a swimming pool which i rated safe has mistakenly gotten 3 inappropriate tags because of auto-tagging feature and i can’t remove them because they’re «locked». Should i do something or wait for a moderator?

Those tags are not "locked", but rather, applied through implication.
This means that one of the tags you have added led to the other tags being added as well; for example, swimming_trunks implies or "forces" swimwear to be added as well.
I'm going to assume you are talking about post #5845678 and the tags bodily_fluids, genital_fluids, urine, and watersports seem to be forced onto your post.
You have probably added watersports by accident, which automatically implies urine, genital_fluids, and subsequently bodily_fluids.
To fix this, you have to remove all of the related tags instead of a random one of them in the implication chain, which I have done for you.
To avoid this in the future, make sure you read the tag wikis before adding the tags into the post.
In this case, watersports does not really mean "aquatic sports" as most people would associate with, but rather it is a very common slang for meaning urine-related kinks.
What a funny mistake... But yeah "watersports" is reserved for other things.
