There are only 2 or 3 pokemon that are better against Mega Mewtwo Y than Mewtwo.
And a ton that are not as good against it, including many other mega pokemon.
Not sure what about it "sucks" other than the fact that it's new, and looks different, and those seem like silly reasons to call it bad compared to actual game mechanics.

The original post stated that the pokemon sucks, discussing the quality of said pokemon is on the topic of the original post.
If the only allowable discussion is whether or not Mega Mewtwo Y is or is not a mega evolution then the discussion is pretty much over, it is one.
