Topic: is this rating safe or questionable?

Under this site standarts, i don't feel these are Questionable, but im not sure if something changed to have them marked as such:

I'd presume they fall under:

suggestive posing (such as butt shot) where focus is drawn to breasts, butt, or covered/obscured genitals

(from https://e621.net/help/ratings for Questionable) That first one does give some focus to the breasts by being slightly squished and pushed toward the viewer, even if nipples aren't shown, and the second is very focused on the butt cheeks.
