Hard to choose one so I list the three that come up to my mind:
Wolf, fox and bunny.
It depends on the type of mouth/snout (?), it would be a huge no no with avians for me.
I've always been a sucker for vixens and wolf girls.
Some handsome dinosaur probably.
It's an interesting question that, as is typical of generalizations like this, completely ignores personality, chemistry etc.
Perhaps a better question would be; what species of anthro would be an instant turnoff for you? Could you see yourself getting frisky with an anthro spider? Fish? Bird?
I suspect, without having any kind of data to back it up, that most of us here would be willing to at least consider a proposition from most mammal species. Some would be a far easier or faster choice than others, obviously, but is that really any different from blonde vs. brunette in the normies?

Furries wouldn't be too picky. If an animal person wanted to sleep/date you, I doubt it'd matter whether it was a fox or a horse or something. Barring things like zootopia-esque size differences of course.
That said my top 3 would be foxes, rabbits and dragons. Or I guess a dog or something if mythological creatures are off the table

I don't see why those things would be a turnoff for most people. A lot of people, in other circles, would trip over themselves for characters which could barely be considered human.
If I'm looking at non-copyrighted anthros here, it's often bara stuff, so "dragons and tigers and bears, oh my!" Also, crocs and gators, naturally! That being said, you're more likely to find copyrighted stuff like pokemon, digimon, bowser, and so on in my liked anthros.
If we're sticking to 'real' animals- a dog or other canine. Including fantasy creatures- gryphon.
Squirrels or bunnies preferrably, I'd be open to any rodent. Sentient, sapient and consenting anthros, of course.
Squirrels, Foxes, Wolves, Mice, Lions,
Cats, Dogs, Rabbits, Jerboa, Tigers, petty much everything.
The only anthros I wouldn’t is Snakes and fish.

Aside from classic wolves, foxes and cats most of us love… i think my personal picks really depend on whether if i’m gonna be the one fucks or gets fucked.
If i’m the dominant partner: White Tail Deer, Polar Bears, Polecats, Shire Horses, Hippos, Southern Elephants, Gyr Bulls
Mainly because a lot of these animals would look absolutely majestic and beautiful (and some would uge of course) or simply would be nice to spend time with after or before the job is done.
If i’m the submissive partner: Highland bulls, Great White Sharks, Leopard Seals, Durch Landrace Goats, Friesian Horses, Cobras, Alligators, Komodo Dragons
I just love thrill of big guys and gals with the spice of slight danger. It also really depends on personality and chemistry as others mentioned. Also really depends on which animal species are anthropomorphic…
A blobfish would be far worse than a simple turn off tho.
personally for me, i'm a huge fan of sheep and goats, but i heavily lean towards sheep due to their wool and how comfortable i'd be if i were to hug an anthro sheep girl
