Yeah, what furballs said. In a nutshell, Pahom is a possibly retarded Russian dude who has been banned multiple times. Yet, he keeps coming back under different account names.

He's easy to spot; just look for VERY poor English/comments saying "ШЛЮХА"(meaning 'whore' in Russian) or some other comment entirely in Russian. (that last tip isn't exactly a surefire way of catching him out, though)
