Your account will be actioned if you upload pirated or previously deleted posts on the basis that they're not available elsewhere.

I don't think you should encourage them to do it even in jest. Their autotranslate might not pick up on that part.

If the author has previously requested takedown or DNP (do not post) for all their art, you really shouldn't reupload it here.

Please make it obvious what your topic is all about, it's hard to understand what exactly you want from the title itself.
I suggest using the template on topic #14916 to properly format your feature request next time, if possible. Otherwise, make it clear if this topic is going to be about a bug report or a feature request.

I mean, you can already do that in a limited sense. You can repost artwork that has been deleted everywhere else, but you do not "reserve the right" to do so.
The artist can still ultimately request for them to be deleted here as well if they can still be contacted. There are no rules of exception here.

While it is true that we strive to keep an archive of furry artworks so that people can see them even after the source has been deleted, we still respect the artist's wishes when it comes to deletions/takedowns.

EDIT: Obviously, the avoid posting rules still apply regardless of whether or not it is no longer found anywhere else.

The wishes of the artists are respected here on e621, so sadly you won't see their art here, but only here...
