What you are asking for in your title is something completely different than what you are asking for in your description.

Is there any third-party software that can remove pictures that are not related to furry?
No such tool exists.
If you are asking this in relation to our Uploading Guidelines, it has already laid out what is not considered furry-relevant, albeit in vague terms.
We often use the term "furry" very loosely here and the definition can vary in different contexts.
In general, "furry" often refers to anthropomorphic animal characters or feral animals. However, this can be expanded to include things that are not strictly "furry" but are still "furry-relevant", these posts are often tagged as not_furry.
Examples include furry-relevant things such as undead, tentacle, living plants, robot/living_machine, monster, alien, etc.
The things that we are not interested in having are purely human or humanoid posts that lack any "visible, anatomical deviations from the standard human", unless they are part of the "furry-relevant" criteria above.

There is probably software out there that can distinguish between a photo taken by a camera and a painting drawn by an artist.
However, AI identification software are still notoriously bad at identifying the things you want, as far as I can tell.
