Topic: Tag alias: white_feather -> white_feathers

The tag alias #78690 white_feather -> white_feathers is pending approval.

Reason: Singular to plural

Might need a cleanup. white_feather is currently a character tag, but there's no info on that character to tell which posts may be mistags.

I also remember seeing a separation between <color>_feather as referring loose feathers (a quill pen, shed feathers, a feathered cap, or other ornamental uses), and <color>_feathers as something a character's body is made of, like fur or scales and implies <color>_body. This isn't very obvious, and I know isn't always adhered to, so may need to rethinking.
