Currently anthro wiki states:

The tag should only be used on pictures that have feral animals in addition to one or more anthro characters.

So either this definition needs to be changed, or this implication is invalid.

Considering the fact that anthro + solo brings up about 84 pages of results and anthro + -solo + feral only has about 19 pages, it's safe to say that most people don't use the tag that way. So I vote for either adding human to that exception or removing it entirely.
