Topic: [APPROVED] Tag alias: big_biceps -> muscular_arms

The tag alias #76965 big_biceps -> muscular_arms has been approved.

Reason: big_triceps and huge_biceps are already aliased. This seems an odd exception.

EDIT: The tag alias big_biceps -> muscular_arms (forum #453058) has been approved by @spe.

I think it's because the average person can point exactly to where the biceps are

Might've thought it meant something like Popeye's forearms being unexpectedly large and muscular relative to the rest of the character, but no, it's all just very muscular arms on muscular characters.

Added an alias for muscular_biceps to the BUR. Since it's synonymous with big_biceps it should have the same alias.
