Reason: Same artist, Vanthi is their latest handle.

Hi, sorry to bump this. I realized I didn't link any citations at to why this should be aliased. Although now it looks like it isn't that simple.

Here is the xwingedvixenx journal entry (dated August 2025 - after my original post) explaining the move and reason for keeping the old account.

The artist has expressed desire to archive her old work under her old account name, should we do the same? Do we keep the names separate? Do we proceed with the alias? or should we have the old name imply the new name to give the older works both names?

Typically, that just means the artist didn't want to go to the bother to port over all their art off the old account and to the new one. After all, favorites and comments would be lost, and it would save on work. It should be fine to alias them together.
