Reason: Butt focus blowjob
1. The tag follows a otherwise unused naming convention.
2. Blowjob is aliased to fellatio.
3. Having a tag for butt_focus_blowjob is redundant when butt_focus and fellatio exists as tags.
4. There exists 18 tags of this one. I'll update everyone that exists with fellatio.
