I've recently been shown a particular image that had been seemingly cropped and submitted to me with absolutely no identification.

I was wondering if you fine people would be able to help me ID the artist behind this, and maybe direct me to the full image, too.

yikes, that's a tough one. Google image search turned up nothing. All I can tell you is there seems to be another version of it around without the lip piercing.
