I guess that can be copied to a new disambiguation page?
The Raya tag originally referred to the artist that now goes by SkullRaya (which as good, as there is now a different artist going by just Raya under the tag Raya_(artist)), but somebody changed it to a character tag when uploading art of their character by that name, making a minor mess. (which I believe I have rectified)
Hopefully I'm doing this right, as I'm not entirely sure what the protocol is.

This should be an alias instead of an implication. You can edit the BUR by clicking the "bulk update request #9882" link and then clicking Edit, where you can change it from imply to alias.
