It's an artist alias related to this thread. To continue on from the previous thread, the artist's Pixiv also links to what I presume was the artist's old Twitter name of naru inu: https://www.pixiv.net/jump.php?url=https://twitter.com/naru_inu. That doesn't appear to be the artist's actual current X account, though, which, as shown in the OP, is actually naru papi's.
