It's because eyes_closed is rarely used for some reason, well, not as much as it should be...although I generally hate these kinda inverted tags.

While I agree there's a lot of posts which are missing the eyes_closed tag, I really don't think the much smaller eyes_open tag makes much of a difference [26,073 vs 442 uses respectively].

I have to agree with Husky, it makes no sense to me to tag the 99% of the time, default trait. It's far more useful to tag the exception. We just need to use eyes_closed more, but I don't think we need eyes_open. If it served a purpose at one time, I think eyes_open has outlived the need for it anymore. I think aliasing eyes_open --> invalid_tag is a good idea.

Use one_eye_open for one eye open and eyes_closed for eyes closed but this tag really has no purpose....and encyclopedia dramatica made fun of us for it :C

To be fair, Encyclopedia Dramatica makes fun of everything. It's all they ever do. They're kind of like a troll mecca. ...I'm really not sure if they'd take that as a compliment or an insult to be honest.
