I vote no. A bathhouse is a location. Not all of the pictures even show a bath or water in them. Much like most bathrooms have a shower but not all bathroom pics show a shower. So it wouldn't work for pictures like this https://e621.net/post/show/339920/ or this https://e621.net/post/show/25173 which show a bathhouse but don't actually show the bath section of the bathhouse.

So I vote no, this one wouldn't work.
