I think they're sufficiently different enough to warrant having their own tag. The logical thing to do would be to also have their base species rag implied as well.

Yeah, they're different enough to warrant a separate tag, but they still look close enough to the original form of the pokemon, and change back after a battle, so still deserve the normal form tag as well.
