I'm mostly pointing this forum at Yusachi but I'll also post here to remind everyone on his.
Japanese characters (as in people/animals, not letters) are always going to be tagged in english characters, using their english names (if available) and first name, last name.
I know that in the past and on others sites japanese characters were tagged last name, first name, but for simplicity sake we are going to just do first name, last name.
Although this is really an announcement feedback is still welcome if you want to say things I guess
