1. Wrong direction.
2. There's a difference between bandage and band-aid.
I'm suggesting that direction because band-aid is the more popular term (201 images vs 23). And all images tagged "bandage on nipple" look like a band-aid or similar adhesive bandage (of which Band-Aid is a genericized trademark for), as opposed to a traditional wrapped bandage.
If we're using genericized trademark in a tag, I think it should be only for the specific thing that the term is commonly used for. People generally use don't "band-aid" to refer to things gauze pads or elastic wraps.
Plus "band-aid_on_nipple" is more specific than "bandage_on_nipple", so I think the alias should go the other away around, from band-aid to bandage. Might also be better as an implication instead, so in the case where someone draws a non-adhesive bandage on nipples (that isn't tagged as "chest_wrap"), it could just have "bandage_on_nipple" without the other.
