Reason:

Merging two separate tags for the same creature. "foo_dog" currently has more instances than "foodog".

Should probably do fu_dog while we're at it.

Fu_Dog is an alternate spelling.

It's currently a character tag, but I think that was by mistake. The foo dog character that I previously thought was named "Fu Dog" is actually named Valnos. It is just a coincidence that most of the instances of the character are also tagged as "character:fu_dog".

Notice this solo image tagged as characters "Fu_Dog" and "Valnos" in addition to species "Foo_dog".

EDIT: Oh! It's because the talking dog from American Dragon is named "Fu_Dog" so the species tag was commandeered as a character tag in post #587180 instead of "Fu_Dog_(character)" like all the other instances.

There's one fu_lion as well.

Despite the character, it's not widely tagged so I went ahead and approved all -> foo_dog (including fu_lion and foo_lion) and made foo_dog a species tag once again.
