Reason:

Plurals, pretty straightforward. There's a bunch more but here are the most important (except cum_on_toes).

• cum_on_fingers -> cum_on_hand (suggestion)
• cum_on_toes -> cum_on_feet (suggestion)

Related implication:

• cum_on_thigh -> cum
• Currently cum_on_thighs implies cum, and this would need to be switched if we decided to use the singular.

I was thinking of suggesting those, but I never did. One more worth considering is cum_on_floor -> cum_on_ground. On one hand, they're technically different, but on the other hand, a lot of them are actually "cum on abstract background" plus we already have inside, outside, and simple_background tags.

I'd go with approving them. If we're not going to differentiate between thighs and legs I don't see the need to do it for hands/fingers and feet/toes.

I don't see anyone wanting to search for things like cum_on_hand -cum_on_fingers, etc. I think having arm, hand, leg and foot is plenty.

Approved the pending cum_on_fingers/finger/toes -> cum_on_hand/feet aliases.
