Reason:

Gender-neutral title of the job, which I'm not suggesting because I'm sensitive or anything, but because these people can be (non-crossdressing) males too. And having both a stewardess and steward tag wouldn't make much sense if you can just have one universal one instead. They're required to have a gender tag anyway.

I left steward as-is since it's a character tag right now and it isn't really getting tagged right now anyways.
