Reason: "Letters" just indicates there's some kind of text in the image. Ranging from written dialogue to URLs, captions, labels, and other such things. There doesn't seem to be any worthwhile difference from the existing text tag.

Alternatively it could be disambiguated as meaning either text or the plural of letter (as in a written note that gets mailed), but I didn't notice any meaning the latter. IMO, it'd be easier to deal with/remove the very few potential mistags meaning the plural, than having to deal with every use of the tag that virtually all mean text of some form.
