Reason:
there is a webbed hands and webbed feet tag but they both involve webbing so it would be good to have a tag for both

Not sure.
Because the use for the webbing tag isn't exactly clear and it regularly gets used for everything from A), spider_web, to B), spider silk/cocoon/webbing-wrapped-around-things-for-encasement-and-or-bondage, or C), webbed_hands/webbed_feet. As far as I know, this is basically why the webbed_hands and webbed_feet tags were invented, because just plain webbing was a mishmash so someone came up with a clearer set of tags for it. And that's good because webbed_hands and webbed_feet is a lot more clear and useful than just one ambiguous tag like webbing would be. Those were improvements, but just plain webbing tag is still a mess that needs decided what to do with it. Making it an umbrella tag for webbed_hands and webbed_feet could work, but the other uses would need handled first.
Now spider silk probably needs a tag of it's own that's more clear, because it gets tagged with webbing, silk etc but I can also see by looking at those tags that this usage has been cleaned out of both of those tags for the most part (there used to be more under both of those). In any case, once it's clear what goes where, all of these will need good wikis. Because for the most part these mistags are mostly just the result of people having to guess what the tag might be (especially the spider webs and spider silk stuff). And the wiki could help people find the somewhat related tag that they're actually looking for.

Yeah, my first thought was "What is webbing supposed to define exactly?" Seeing as there's no wiki for it, I'm still confused as to why it exists at all. I say off with its head!

Denied for the reasons already mentioned.
