Okay so I went and uploaded an image earlier and when it got posted I saw the "avoid posting" tag for the first time ever. I did not know this was even a thing until this happened. When I went to post the image and tagged the artist there was no message or warning telling me I was about to post an image from an artist on the avoid posting list. I only found out when the tag automatically attached to the image AFTER it was already uploaded! There should be a message or warning that pops up when you're tagging an image you're about to upload with the name of an artist on the avoid posting list. I can only hope I don't get into trouble for this!

it wont effect you much unless you do it repeatedly.
but next time check the avoid posting list before uploading artwork.

Along with the Avoid Posting list, I would also suggest reading the Uploading Guidelines again since this is not your first time posting DNP content.

I very intentionally did not add any notice because that's a great way to get people to upload untagged and unsourced DNP content
There's already a link at the top of the upload form, as well as multiple notices in the uploading guidelines
You should be reading those guidelines before uploading anything, though judging by your track record you clearly didn't
