I'm getting loading icons all the time for even short, 3 second videos. The playback seems fine, and for other sites, there isn't any issue. I don't think it's my ISP throttling me or my router or computer causing the issue, due to no other site giving me the same problems.

Is there something going on with the server side of things? Perhaps just heavy load from people accessing it making the downloads slower?
