Topic: would post 4998792 be not_furry?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

After reading the wiki a bit it seems that it doesn't count? But I really don't think this is anything close to furry

there's a feral-- something that's a subject of the image, so no, it's not not_furry.

From what I can tell it seems like something you'd see of the monster genre of pornography, though this one doesn't really have any conventional 'furry' themes to it imo. Like some monster porn images cater to 'furry' values, but not all of them.

Essentially, not_furry should mainly be posts that feature humans and humanoids only, as well as other entities that are human-like or those that do not strictly fall under the category of "furry".

However, we use the term "furry" very loosely here. It mainly features animals (i.e., feral) and animal-like (i.e., anthro, taur, etc.) characters, as well as other entities that do not fall under the "not furry" category.

That is where (non-human-like) monsters come into play. Some consider xenomorph/facehugger to be furry (because they are definitely not human-like) while slenderman to be not furry (because they are definitely not animal-like).

I thought that its not conventionally furry so the tag was good. But I guess since its not human like then the not_furry tag isnt that good of an option
