How does staff know whether an account is used for ban evasion? Is it IP based? Is it time of ban to time of account creation? How does staff know?

Heads up m8, Your not gonna get a straight answer most likely.
Asked a similar question a while back ago and the responses
boiled down to "We can't tell you since if we did, it'd make it
harder to keep using that method." Fair enough, if you ask me, Dood.

My guess is some detective work like Creation Time and
Possibly IP biz. But, you'd be surprised by the number of peeps
who outright say they were banned before. Sticking it to
'em by revealing themselves, I guess, Dood~
