Anything before "spine-shitting" does not seem like a joke to me. If anything, it is disruptive since it's obviously meant to upset the OP.
Also, it still does not explain their need to revive a dead thread with an aggressive comment like that.

Bored. I was just flipping through pages in the "Off Topic" section. Plus like another poster said, It's clearly a joke. My sense of humor very dry and sarcastic, though, and I understand not everyone gets thst.

it was clear through the subtext that it was not meant to upset anyone nor be disruptive
the odd and sudden aggressiveness was the clear indicator of facetiousness
